COVID-19 Info

We are in the same predicament everyone else is at the current time and as such we are closely following the precautions outlined by both the Centers for Disease Control (CDC),  Cass County Health, and the City of Raymore in making sure our neighborhood members are safe as well as staff, and board members.  Here are the things we are proactively doing:

All club house rentals through March 31st are canceled, as well as game night.   As the situation either improves or as information warrants, we will evaluate on-going months.  

The Little Free Library will remain open, but we do encourage you to exercise healthy habits in selecting books and in following the guidelines for social gatherings.  

Dues deposits are still able to be made, either in the mail, in the outside drop box, or if you come in the front door there is a drop off box inside the door during business hours.  At the present time there is no plan for changing the due  date.

We are exploring options to be able to move forward as a board to conduct business as necessary to continue to provide the services and amenities that we as a home owners association are able to provide.   This is a very new thing for many of us, but we are a diverse group and I think we will have many innovative ideas moving forward to keep both communications open as well as be there for our neighbors.
