2022 Annual Meeting
The 2022 Annual Meeting was held at Centerview on February 10th at 7 PM and 56 homes were represented. (That's a very great turnout from last year!). Tad Riggert, Bradley Miller, and Laura Kamienski were voted on for the open board positions. The total number of homes to represent a quorum (15% of total homes) is 76 so we were not able to approve any business items on the agenda. This means the budget is still from 2010 and the annual dues remain at $275 per year. The by-law changes also were not able to be considered. The board will be looking into another chance to get our residents together when it warms up and possibly combine a block party event for larger participation. Thank you to all who showed up this year!
