The Silver Lake Homes Association (SLHA) is governed by the elected board members guided by the adopted bylaws, restrictions and regulations. Homeowners are required to pay annual dues which fund the maintenance, improvements and operation of the Silver Lake community clubhouse, grounds and lake area. Annual homeowner membership dues (due March 1) are $275 per annum. Payments may be mailed or submitted to the Silver Lake office (Clubhouse-113 Silver Lake Cir) . There is a secure payment box provided for deliveries during non-operating hours.
Payments past due as of April 1st are assessed a 15% per annum. Payments past due as of June 30st may be sent on to an agency specializing in collections the same year.
